Acting on the instructions of the Receiver, Julian Pitts of Begbies Traynor, DC Care are pleased to report the sale of a closed care home facility in South Yorkshire.
The home, Highfield in North Anston, was registered originally with the authorities for 43 beds but closed during 2009.
After extensive marketing by DC Care the home was sold to a private company who are to redevelop the building and re-register it as a care home. Julian Pitts commented “As a Receiver we work with many agents in various commercial sectors. This has been our first transaction with DC Care and I have to admit that Anita Allen, Anne Clayton and the Head Office team have provided us with a first class level of service. If I were to be a private individual considering a sale of such a specialist business I would not hesitate to use DC Care as my agent”.
