DC Care are delighted to announce the successful sale of Norman House in Southend on Sea, Essex.
 
Norman House is situated in the residential area of a popular Essex seaside resort. The building was originally two semi-detached properties which were built circa 1920; they have since been linked and extended to provide care for up to 20 residents.
 
The Home has been purchased by Dr N Menon and Dr R K Tandon, local operators who were keen to expand their portfolio of properties within this delightful town.
 
The established and very well respected business has been operated by Mr R and Mrs L Edwards since1986 and they have decided to sell due to retirement. 
 
The sale was handled by Clare Jones at D C Care’s head office.
